The head office team is excited to have formed an overall management team. The operations team is headed by Katie Fleetham who is assisted by Andrea and Claire. Katie will oversee the compliance and home management support side of the business. She will continue to work closely with all the managers and Directors.
The head office team now consists of an Operations Manager, Compliance Support Manager, Business Manager, Accounting and Payroll team. Shyamal Raja, Director said: “I am delighted with the formation of this new team. I have worked closely with Katie and know that she will be fabulous support to the home managers.”
