To support our Registered Managers and homes we have launched a central recrtuiment department from our head office. All administative tasks before, during and after recrtuiment of an individual is now managed by our team at the head office. Allowing the Managers to focus on what they do best… leading good quality care. The managers will return the interviewing process and will able to tell the office if they want to go ahead with someone or not.
