Step 1: Complete an application online
Complete an online application form as thoroughly as possible. Remember to attach your ID to the application alongside any other requirements.
If you are unable to complete an application form online then print, complete and return this to our office ready for us to process. You can also scan and email this to us.
Step 2: Interview
We will review your application before arranging an interview. The interview may take place in person or over a video conferencing platform. A series of questions will be asked to determine if you are the right person for the role.
Step 3: Background checks
We will conduct background checks and a DBS application will be processed at this stage. We will also request and verify at least 2 reference from your current/previous employment alongside a character reference.
Step 4: Induction and training
Congratulations… A start date will be agreed once we are in receipt your references and a clear DBS. You will be enrolled onto a training and learning program and will be required to complete your induction shifts alongside experienced carers.
