24 Hour Care
Your Parents Deserve The Best Care
Our Vision

At Midlands Care, we believe that the desire to help others is the most valuable part of human nature. Individuals feel most fulfilled when they have made a positive contribution to the lives of others.

Our aim is to provide service user's with a secure and relaxed environment which is at the same time comfortable and safe. We build such environment where the care of the service user, well-being and comfort are our prime importance.

We will make every effort to preserve and maintain each service user’s dignity, individuality and privacy within a warm and caring atmosphere and at the same time be sensitive to the ever-changing needs of the service user. These needs could be medical, therapeutic, psychological, cultural, spiritual, emotional or social.

Service users will be encouraged to set their own realistic goals which they could attain with ease. From this, we put together the service user's care plan in which we would highly value the involvement of family or friends may be appropriate. We also offer service user's a real choice in decision making in respect of their living in their home away from home.

We pursue various programmes of activities designed to stimulate and maintain each service user physically, mentally and socially. Through this we endeavour to promote a good health and well-being in all our service users.

All our care will be provided by care support staff who are friendly and suitably qualifies and trained to deliver high standards of care. Continuous staff training programmes kept in place at all times to ensure that these high standards of care are well maintained in line with the latest developments in care practises as maybe laid down in appropriate legislation, regulations and the Care Quality Commission.

We also encourage service user’s family and friends to visit regularly and to participate in the homes functions and to be involved in their care.

The midlands based care home group is aware that not every item of concern will be covered in the literature, and would be happy to discuss any specific requirements that would make the intending service user's stay as rewarding and comfortable as possible.

All too often we hear negative reports about care for the elderly. I would like to say something positive about the care home that my mother in law lived in. Sadly, she passed away in April 2014, but she lived at The Leys, Booth Rise, Northampton, for the last six and a half years of her life. They showed her nothing but compassion, affection and respect. The staff were dedicated, friendly and always treated everyone with respect. People who choose to be carers are really special people. I sincerely thank all the staff at The Leys for the excellent care they gave to my mother in law.

The home is very clean and never smells. The staff are very kind to residents and to myself. The food is very good an lots of encouragement to eat is given by the staff. Health and safety always being attended to. Activities for people with dementia I have only put good because they cant always participate due to the demand so only good. I feel I can always ask staff for support. Mum was in other home this is much better and Abbey the manager is excellent

I would like to thank the home for providing Bert with a home he was very happy in. Also for giving Bert your time to visit him in hospital; Bert really appreciated this. Thank you for your kindness you showed me towards the last few weeks of Berts life. It was a great comfort. Thanks again!
